Earn points on everything you buy from Foxen!

All customers automatically earn loyalty points with every dollar they spend, and point balances can be tracked in the Customer Dashboard. Points can be used for up to 10% discounts on eligible wine, merchandise, and food.

Loyalty Point earning rate = 1 point for $1 spent

Loyalty point redemption value = $0.10 for 1 point

To redeem points, choose Loyalty Points as the payment type when purchasing online, over the phone, or in person.

Products not eligible for Loyalty Point redemtion include but are not limited to: wine club releases/shipments, event tickets, tasting fees, products already discounted (eg. flash sales, seasonal bundles, mystery cases, etc.)

Accessing your Customer Dashboard to view your Loyalty Point balance requires an email address to be on file in your account. To update your information, please reach out to [email protected] or call (805) 937-4251.
